The iLCD Manager XE is the IDE for setup, configuration, management, programming and testing of the iLCDs. This integrated development environment is comfortable, easy to use and accelerates development with LCDs. It supports the entire iLCD product line and enables seamless transition between panels of different sizes and the reuse of existing projects.
A complete Java development environment enables the development of applications for the Java VM on the iLCDs. Integrated editor, compiler and debugger provide features that are familiar from other IDEs. For example, editing with syntax highlighting or debugging with breakpoints and variable inspection are of course possible. A special feature is the remote debugging of the generated Java application, which can be carried out directly on the connected iLCD panel via the existing USB interface.
The iLCD Manager XE is available free of charge and can also be used without the intelligent displays from demmel products. The integrated iLCD simulator enables the prototyping and evaluation of iLCD projects even without hardware. This allows the function and appearance of the user interface to be tested at different stages of development by a wide range of interest groups. This allows costly mistakes to be prevented at an early stage and project milestones to be met.
