Enjoy the higher resolution, improved image quality and significantly faster speed of our new intelligent displays – the F-Series. flash memory with 30 MB for images, text, fonts and macros and the 32 MB RAM memory for operating multiple screens with simple commands recommend this iLCD panel for any application. A MicroSD card holder is on board so that you can further expand your memory for images and specific applications. One of the new, exciting features is the integrated micro-USB port, which further improves connectivity and usability.
In addition to the convenient high-level commands, the intelligent displays can be programmed with Java. A slim Java VM is integrated in the firmware, which executes the compiled Java code. Java Display Computing makes it possible to program the HMI sequence in Java, perform arithmetic operations and even control the entire application with the iLCD panel. The project development is carried out with the iLCD Manager XE, which has been expanded to include a complete Java development environment with editor, compiler and debugger.
The optional TCP/IP interface enables Networking of iLCDs and fast download of application dataIt is therefore also recommended for the accelerated development of stand-alone applications that are ultimately to be controlled via any other interface (USB, RS232, I²C or SPI).
The excellent TFT display with super bright LED backlight (1000 cd/m²) displays your graphics either with full 16-bit color depth or with 8-bit (with 16-bit color palette created automatically by the setup software) color depth. As with all other iLCD panels, animated images (color GIF images) can be displayed within a few minutes.
A evaluation kit with an additional board with FFC connectors and ribbon cables as well as all other necessary cables and a power supply is available.
